Known for his physical style of game and intimidating presence, Bordeleau totaled 125 penalty minutes last season, while he ranks first among all-time franchise leaders with 248 penalty minutes in a Lake Erie uniform.

During the 2010-11 campaign, Bordeleau netted two goals and assisted 10 others for a total of 12 points.

He also appeared in all seven playoff games for the Monsters last year, amassing six penalty minutes.

Bordeleau, a product of Montreal, Quebec, signed to an AHL contract with Lake Erie on April 10, 2010.
