Helping to anchor Chicago’s backline in 2007-08, Fahey was responsible for 37 points (14G, 23A) in 76 regular season games with the Wolves before tallying 10 points (2G, 8A) in 24 games in the 2008 playoffs. A staple of the Monsters defense in 2009-10, Fahey notched 25 points (11G, 14A) in 71 regular season games with the Monsters. Named for Frank Calder, who served as the NHL’s President from 1917-1943, the Calder Cup has been presented to the AHL champion since the 1936-37 season. The city of Cleveland has the second-most titles in AHL history, as the Cleveland Barons won the Calder Cup nine times. |
